Description

As a first employee, what I am looking for most specifically is a right-hand/go-to person (The vibe and dynamic is important as well). To help where needed around the shop for now, but with any luck, come time perhaps, they could begin to take on projects of their own. I am picturing an apprentice-type relationship. Should things continue to go well, your responsibilities will continue to grow. I will teach you all that I know about furniture and wood and maybe bounce some design ideas around.

I am looking for someone who cares about quality first, and will go the extra mile both for the customer and the heart of the piece. I want everything that leaves the shop door to be something that we are proud of.

Pay is based on experience ( $17-25/Hour)
